A rugged, trailer-mounted system providing extensive communications capabilities in a flexible package

Skyport can launch its clients' communications from anywhere. It not only operates one of the world's most secure and efficient commercial satellite networks, but also provides customers with the tools to install a satellite link quickly in any location . Its SkyPortable Emergency Response Trailer is essentially a Space Utility Vehicle providing remote access to its network and services. It is designed specifically for rapid deployment to any location, regardless of terrain, climate, or conditions.

It provides the following communications:

  • 1.2-meter auto-commissioning dish w/4 watt BUC
  • Downlink speeds to 9 Megabits/uplink to 2.5 Megabits
  • Shared variable bandwidth using iDirect modems
  • Dedicated bandwidth using EF Data modem
  • Low band 56Kbps to OC3
  • Modem with 10/100 Ethernet
  • 29' Communications Mast with mounts for 802.xx, CDMA or Radio Communications
  • GPS Receiver
  • Liebert UPS

  • Runs on standard 110-V power or self-contained 3KV gasoline
  • Rugged construction and equipment throughout
  • Lift rings for aerial transport
  • Toolbox, stabilizing legs, dish lift assist cranks
  • Dimensions: 6.83 x 8 feet
