Quintech's XRM 2250 L-band Matrix Switch is an advanced matrix switching system for commercial/military uplink and downlink applications involving L-band (950-2150 MHz) distribution & routing. The XRM 2250 provides the operator with high performance specifications, operational reliability and functional flexibility.

This advanced matrix design features 3-stage matrix architecture and automatic re-routing providing the most high performance and failsafe L-band matrix on the market.

3-Stage Architecture

  • Telecom grade 3-stage architecture provides enhanced signal integrity compared to single stage matrices.
  • 3 levels of splitting and switching.
  • Provides built-in fault tolerance through automatic re-routing.

Automatic Re-routing

  • If a fault in the signal path is detected, the system automatically reroutes using an alternate path within the XRM module from the same input to the same output.
  • Control card sends an SNMP alarm to the operator.
  • Permits scheduled maintenance while maintaining system operation.
